When the question of the where about of your sting was asked, because of the burden and task he bore. My little mind could only conclude, that of your venom we will not include. I read of your victorious defeat, six feet down you were buried beneath. 

I despise you, you enter a home without a call on phone. You enter a family and take either the familiar or unfamiliar. At a time you are expected, you appear not, at the time we forget your existence, we experience your appearance.

If I have a wish it will be to know how you switch, to know your schedule, to know your next victim. I will wish to know your route, to know if you will come in from easth, west, south or north.

You dont put into consideration anyone's emotion, how self-centered you are. You make the young, old, big and small, rich and poor feel same way. 

Your thought makes us cautious, because you are unpredictable, this is actually why I dont feel comfortable, when I remember you exist.

My consolation is you are a door, just that you open without being told to. You are the entry and exit between now and life after. HTEAD

DONT LET THEM TURN YOU TO THEIR FRIEND

Leadership is key to the growth and advancement of any organization. Not "LEADERSHIP" in terms of the word, but the people that occupy such position, tittle irrespective.

The people you are chosen to lead will either aid you to succeed or they become you stumbling block to success. But to a large extent you determine the role they play. 

One leadership flaw that lots of leaders don't know is that the relationship you build or have with your followers influences their behavior towards you and towards the work that is handed over to you. The relationship Jesus had with His disciples was progressive, it was from revelation to friendship. He asked them what people think of His position, and what their thinking was. After He was certain of that, months later He called them friends.

The people you lead are not your slaves, not your colleagues, but your followers that you turn to friends. Take note, I did not say they turn you to their friends, you should do the conversion based on the revelation they have of you. 

Stop relating with your followers as colleagues, it's detrimental, stop relating with those who are not mature revelational wise as friends, it will cause issues for your leadership.

1. It will attract disrespect.

2. It will result to disobedience

3. You will loose honor 

4. You will not be able to create boundaries.

No matter the relationship, separate it from leadership. When it's time to put on your cap as the leader everyone should know that you are the leader. Even if you work in the same office, when it comes to playing your role, everybody should position themselves.

But the ball is in your court.

To be a faithful follower you must imitate who you follow.

You cannot separate imitation from followership.

There are two scriptures that addresses the issue of followership, a careful look at these scriptures will unveil to you two important factors for followership, imitation, and pattern.

1 Corinthians 3:10-15 King James Version (KJV)

According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 11:1 in Other Translations

1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.

2 Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ.

3 And you should imitate me, just as I imitate Christ.

4 It pleases me that you continue to remember and honor me by keeping up the traditions of the faith I taught you.

Your call into assistance and followership of your Lead Pastor is a call to help. You are specially anointed to help him. The anointing on you is to help him see to the fulfillment of his mandate, and vision.  God has given you that grace that he did not give to your Senior Pastor, and Paul speaking, said, "as God’s co-workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain."

If you will become a good helper, you will become a follower intentionally. It's by following that you help. How you help will be based on how you follow.

Followership is adherence to a leader, to adhere means faithful support for someone or a cause.

Paul in the above scriptures stressed on three things, followership, pattern and imitation.  If you are following you can't ignore the laid down patterns. Patterns come from structure, instructions, how your Pastor says a thing should be done, when it should be done. All of these and more are the laid down patterns.

He has laid the foundation of the ministry, came up with structure and system. Every follower or helper can actually build on what has been laid, but Paul's admonition is, you must be careful how you build, and no matter what you are building build in line with the laid down pattern.

For emphasis sake he said in the next scriptures "imitate me". The English language dictionary defines imitation as to follow as a model or pattern; to make a copy, counterpart or semblance of.

You cannot claim to be a follower without being an imitator, your Senior Pastor therefore should be your copy, model, pattern that's how there can be a resemblance.

The disciples of Jesus imitated, and patterned after Christ. In service, conduct, words, even how they performed miracles. It was easy to see the semblance of Christ in them.

LEADERSHIP AND OBSERVATION

Good morning.

The power of leadership is in some factors that are not common in followers. But these factors are in everybody created by God. The only difference is that a leader trains himself on how to use them. And most times it takes discipline on the path of the leader to make use of these factors.

A leader must be OBSERVANT. Observation is a key factor in leadership, hence a leader is equated with the eagle. The eagle can spot a prey miles from the sky and come for it's prey swiftly. A leader by observation can also sight a problem then provide solution swiftly. 

Observation is the act of noticing or viewing something carefully with attention to details. A leader that uses this factor will always be at advantage. 

There is no limit to the possibility of a leader that's very observant. You must learn the act of looking at a situation critically then find a solution to it. Observation is not taking a one time look at a situation then draw conclusion, you may not find the answer at first look. It may require repeatedly looking at the situation, to find where the problem lies.

For instance, if you have two similar equipments, and one gets bad, to be able to fix the one that's bad, you must observe the one that's good. It will serve a guide to fix the other one.

Even if there is no existing good one on the scene, there are other things you can do to find solution. You could Google or check YouTube to see how it's done.

Observation is the secret of all scientific discoveries, creation and inventions. You can't create or invent without observation. 

There's nothing you can't do, if only as a leader you care to apply this factor amongst others.

Observation is what makes science different from other field of studies. Observation is also a factor that makes leaders different from themselves.

Kingdom Sense (Faithsense2)

Kingdom sense is the ability of a believer to interprete the physical world beyond the perception of his five senses. It's being able to see beyond the physical world. 

Kingdom sense is knowing or believing that God cannot be limited by natural laws and principles.

Faithsense is trusting or believing God to fulfill a promise He made to you in line with His word. Not imposing on God to do for you what you heard He did for someone else. 

Faithsense is knowing that the word of God is the ground upon which you can hold God responsible.

The standard of living of every believer is faith.

It should be in your walking, your seeing, your feeling, your hearing and your acting.

The unlimited life is the life of faith, the all possibility life is the life of faith.

Romans 1:17 KJV

[17] For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

The totality of your relationship with God is from faith to faith. That is its faith from the beginning to the end. 

There will never come any time He will work outside of faith. If it starts by faith it should continue and end by faith.

To live outside of faith is a sin, because without faith it is impossible to please God.

Hebrews 11:6 KJV

[6] But without faith it is impossible to please him : for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

There are two things that must be in your faith kit, 1 your knowledge of who God is, and 2 your awareness that having faith in Him has a reward.

God was displeased and wiped out an entire generation for two reasons, 1 their lack of faith which resulted into 2 their statement and their confession.

There coming out of Egypt was by faith, their sustainance in the wilderness was by faith. God expect them to maintain the faith attitude and confession based on the instructions He gave them and the wonderful acts He wrought in their midst.

But on getting to the land of cannan they change their confession, because they lost faith in God.

Every instruction or word from God in line with what you are going through is to build faith in you. 

Numbers 14:22-24,27-31 KJV

[22] Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice; [23] Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it: [24] But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it. [27] How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me. [28] Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the Lord, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you: [29] Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, which have murmured against me, [30] Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun. Without faith it's impossible to enter into Gods plans for your life.

Numbers 26:65 KJV

[65] For the Lord had said of them, They shall surely die in the wilderness. And there was not left a man of them, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

Numbers 32:11 KJV

[11] Surely none of the men that came up out of Egypt, from twenty years old and upward, shall see the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob; because they have not wholly followed me:

They that must follow God must follow Him by faith.

Hebrews 3:18 KJV

[18] And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?

KINGDOMSENSE (FAITHSENSE)

 Kingdom Sense is the ability of a believer to live daily with scriptural thoughts. It's bypassing your intellect in perceiving and giving interpretation to the physical world. That is seeing things beyond your five senses.

Titus 1:13-14 KJV

[13] This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; [14] Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.

Kingdom sense is negating every natural law, principles and order. It's coining your guiding principles, from scriptures and living daily by the same. 

Colossians 2:8 KJV

[8] Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Faithsense is not trusting God for a blessing or miracle based on what you heard that He did for someone else, but trusting God for the fulfillment of what He promised.

Faithsense is knowing that the word of God is the ground upon which you can hold God responsible. 

If there is no word of faith there cannot be works of faith. God does not work outside the context of His word. Either what you found in scriptures or what He said to you in the place of prayers of meditation.

Everybody wants the reward of faith, but not everybody wants the labour of faith.

The labour of faith is waiting on God for a word of faith.

The kingdom work is a work of faith, the Christian life is a life of faith.

Your righteousness is by faith, your righteous living will also be by faith.

Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV

[8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.

It takes Faithsense to sustain what you get by faith.

Ephesians 2:10 | MSG

10 No, we neither make nor save ourselves. God does both the making and saving. He creates each of us by Christ Jesus to join him in the work he does, the good work he has gotten ready for us to do, work we had better be doing.

Faith is the channel through which grace works, God cannot operate outside the context of His word, but if He sees your faith in Him, He can give you what you ask even if it's not in His word. 

Luke 23:42-43 KJV

[42] And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. [43] And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

You are to live by faith as a just man, faith has nothing to do with your works, or effort, faith has everything to do with what God has said, and entering into what He has done. 

Romans 1:17 KJV

[17] For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

To live outside of faith is to live in sin. Because you are living and acting contrary to what Gods word said.

Any ideology, statement or opinion that is not in the word of God should not catch your fancy. 

Faithsense is validating your circumstances based on Gods thoughts and word concerning that situation.

SINGLES INGATHERING: HOW TO KNOW MR/MRS RIGHT

One of the biggest fears of single people, is not to end up with the wrong person. And that's because they don't know how to recognize who the right or wrong person is.

The journey of finding the right peatner begins by being the right person. You can attract anyone but you decide who you are attached to.

First let me state that, God did not create any bad person. Everybody He created are good. But people grow up to be what they become. Toxic, bad mannered, bad character, unhealthy communication skill, lazy, nosey, gossip, etc.

You cannot rarely know people but to know who to keep a relationship with, of who to marry there are basic informations you must have to guide you. 

1 PURPOSE

You can't build a purposeful venture with a purposeless man or woman.

Living life without a definite purpose is like embarking on a journey without a specified destination.

Purpose discovery is life itself. Until you discover it you are just existing, you have not started living. A man without purpose is a mere statistical piece of materia, he is infinitesimal, he's only valuable for sensors purpose.

He only counts when they are counting sensors. Young man don't marry a lady without purpose. Education is not purpose, good job is not purpose, car and house is not purpose. Rich family background is not purpose.

Purpose is that singular reason why you are here on Earth. It's the assignment attached to your birth and existence.

It's a divine signature that makes you unique and different from any other person.

Marry their purpose not their purse. Fall in Love with his purpose not his broad chest. Fall in Love with his purpose not how active he is in bed. Fall in Love with his purpose not what he drives. Not all.men driving good car have something driving them. Many of them are heading no where.

Marry her purpose not a her straight legs and big breast, marry her purpose, breast will sag, purpose doesn't, face will wrinkle purpose doesn't. A purposeless spouse will make you live a life of struggle. Too many young people live each day without defining their purpose.

Nothing you do will make sense, until you first find out why you are here, which is your purpose.

The degree of importance given to something

What is important to them? Will to a large extent tell where they are going to in life.

The value of a person speaks of the persons worth. 

The values of a person are the things a person holds dear.

In the business world, or organizational level, it's called core values.

The things that are at the center of your life. Your life revolves around them. Your decisions are influenced by them. 

Your values are what people use to evaluate you. 

Place value on virginity. Place value on sexual purity. Place value on staying without sex.

If you want to know the right person check their values and yours, then see if they are similar. People of similar values attract, and then connect. If the values are not similar, there will be attraction, but no connection. If the values are not the same there will be friction, issues, and problems in the marriage.

What makes a person your best friend is similarities in values. Check it, the person likes and loves the things you like and love.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR CORE VALUES?

1 what are the things you cannot do no matter the amount you are offered? You value integrity

2 does money easily influence your decisions? You value shortcuts

3 do you place importance on the rich above the poor? Then you value fame and relevance

4 do you prefer to work for your own money than to be given all that you need for free? Then you value hardwork

5 do you stick to your decisions and will not bend even at gun point? Then you are principled. 

6 do you see yourself sticking to the truth? Then you value honesty

7 do you see yourself been able to endure and cope with toxic people, Difficult situations? Then you are tolerant.

3 BELIEF SYSTEM

Belief system actually talks of how a person thinks. And people derive their values from the way they think. 

Belief system is the glasses with which you view things, people and life generally. It's the Colour of glasses you are wearing that determines what you see and how you see things.

Before you consider a person for relation or marriage, check how they think. A man that says you must be pregnant for him before he marries you already shows that he has problem, which can be traceable to how he thinks.

A person can either have a traditional way of thinking or a kingdom way of thinking. 

Traditional way of thinking can be influenced by society or environment.

Check to know what inspires their thoughts, what is the origin of their dominant thoughts. 

HOW TO DEVELOP THE RIGHT BELIEF SYSTEM

1 Exposure: he who has not traveled has only read one chapter of the book called the world.

Be selective of the content you consume on social media and television, because they are food for the mind. They are prepared to get likes from people, so it's low on nutrition, and very high on sugar and spices. 

2 Association: the people you hang out with will affect your belief. The people you talk with regularly, will soon determine how you talk, because they will influence how you think. Words comes from thoughts. 

You cannot see differently from your association. 

3 Knowledge: information is power. Read books that inform you on right belief system. Don't read books that informs you that men are superior to women, they will affect your belief system. Get information, buy books, expose yourself to mind stretching and thoughts provoking discussions. 

Travel: 

4 FINANCIAL PRINCIPLES

Don't ignore their thoughts about money. What's their financial language? A person from a poor home may have wrong knowledge about money.

Are they stingy? You may not know that because they may be giving to you to impress you. Check how they give to the poor and what they give them. A generous man is known by how he gives to the needy. 

Do they believe in savings, or let's just eat it all? 

Do they believe in investment or they believe that God will take care of tomorrow? 

Do they believe in risk management, or just spend recklessly?

Are they accountable financially?
